The State appeals from the order of the circuit court of Du Page County which directed the citation respondent, Gary-Wheaton Bank (Bank), to turn over $58,439.11 from the bank account of defendants, Howard Olson and the Horizon Group, to plaintiff, William A. Bloink III.
