This is a wage and hour action brought by plaintiffs Jason Campbell and Sarah Sobek individually and on behalf of other similarly situated individuals against defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”). Plaintiffs allege that PwC misclassified them as exempt employees under California law and failed to pay them overtime and other benefits that an employer would normally be required to provide to non-exempt employees.
