This case is before the court on (1) the motion of defendants Adam J. Maida and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish (“the Church Defendants”) to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Civ.R. 12(B)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction and Civ.R. 12(B)(6) for failure to state a claim against them; (2) the motion of the Church Defendants to dismiss the complaint pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens; and (3) the motion of defendant Spring Valley Architects, Inc. *8(“Spring Valley”) to dismiss the complaint also pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
