* Rehearing denied June 24, 1935. Plaintiff, a physician, brought suit against the widow and the heirs of the late Louis J. St. Germain to recover $150, alleged to be due for professional services rendered to the deceased during the last illness which resulted in his death on March 22, 1933. Suit was filed on October 10, 1934, more than one year after the death, and therefore defendants, in addition to other contentions which we shall later discuss, maintain that the evidence on which the judgment below was based should have been excluded because of the provisions of Act No. 11 of 1926, which…
