12Plaintiffs/appeIlants, Douglas Stead and Charlotte Bremermann, appeal the granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of defendant/appellee, Susan Swanner (“Swanner”), dismissing her from the wrongful death suit brought by appellants.

The action arises from the death of appellants’ son, Preston Taylor Stead (“Stead”), in an automobile accident following a party at Swanner’s home on January 27, 2007.
