Wayne Holland, the claimant in this, workers’ compensation proceeding, seeks appellate review of an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims which granted the employer and carrier’s motion for leave to take the deposition of Dr. Thomas W. Broz-*788ka in Irving, Texas, pending the appeal of the judge’s final order denying permanent total disability benefits.1 The order now before us also denied appellant’s motion for a protective order to prevent the taking of that deposition.
