PARSONS, J.
On March 5, 1932, opinions set forth on pages 296 and 309, ante, were filed in the two cases above entitled, directing that the judgments excepted to be set aside and that new trials he granted. Thereafter, on April 11,1932, plaintiff-appellant in each case filed his hill of costs and motion to tax costs, each hearing date of April 9, 1932.
