MEMORANDUM ORDER

BOBRICK, United States Magistrate Judge.

Before the court is the motion of plaintiffs for an order compelling the production of certain documents identified on defendant’s third revised privileged log.

I. BACKGROUND

This matter has been pending in this court for nearly four years, since February of 1996. It began on Judge Marovich’s docket, and Magistrate Judge Rosemond was assigned discovery matters.
