Sweeney v. City of Rome

This is an action in equity to remove a cloud upon title to real estate.

The real estate in question is a parcel of land in the city of Borne and was sold to the County of Oneida for unpaid taxes for the year 1935, at county tax sale on January 12,1937.

The Oneida County Treasurer on February 24, 1938, deeded said real property to the County of Oneida in consummation of the said sale for the unpaid 1935 taxes.
