This is an appeal from an order of the trial judge overruling appellant-complainant’s objections to certain interrogatories propounded by the appellee-defendant and in finding that plaintiff’s failure to answer said interrogatories was not substantially justified and ordered plaintiff to pay the sum of $50 attorney fees to defendant’s attorney "as attorney fees caused by plaintiffs unjustified objections to defendant’s interrogatories necessitating an appearance on the part of defendant’s attorney before this court to present argument in opposition to said objections…
