MANFORD, Judge.

This is a direct appeal from a ruling by the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission which denied worker compensation benefits. The ruling is reversed and the cause remanded with instructions.

Appellant presents four points on appeal which, in summary, charge the Commission erred in reversing the award of benefits because (1) the facts found by the Commission did not support the award, (2) there was not sufficient competent evidence on the record to warrant the making of the award, (3) the Commission acted without or in excess of its powers, and (4) expert testimony…
