The purpose of the suit is. to annul a tax sale.

The petition sets forth a number of grounds of nullity of the sale and offers as to form, and sufficiency of the allegations; no basis for objection.

The answer, also, of itself gave no rise to controversy, save that plaintiffs seek to hold the defendants to a judicial admission in having alleged as to the agency of David J.
