This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County in a civil action wherein the plaintiff, Nemo Foundations, Incorporated, sought to recover damages from the defendants, The New River Company, Ep-perly Motor Freight, Inc., Eazor Express, Inc. and James Edward Arthur, for the alleged negligent injury of its employee, Claire Lauria.
