Petitioner, proceeding pro se, filed this action for a writ of habeas corpus from the District of Columbia’s Correctional Treatment Facility (“CTF”). He presents two distinct claims. First, petitioner challenges the consecutive sentences and assessed fíne imposed by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on September 24, 2013.
