Complainant appeals from a decree which dissolved a preliminary injunction theretofore issued and dismissed its bill for want of equity. The bill prayed that an injunction issue restraining defendants from the violation of the provisions of a contract by which defendant, Hugh J. Ellis, granted complainant an exclusive sales agency for a microphone and other electrical products manufactured by him.
