Reversing.

On March. 7, 1941, appellee divided Carter County into snbdistriets for the purpose of submitting the question of levying a tax of 25c on the taxable property in each area for local school purposes, including transportation, for a period of six years. The question submitted followed substantially the language of the statute, Section 4399-12, though counsel for appellant complains that it was not proper in form or substance.
