This is an appeal from an order revoking probation and committing the appellant to the custody of the state board of correction. The appellant raises three issues on appeal. First, he contends that he was denied his right to procedural due process when the court considered conduct not charged as a violation of his probation, in deciding that the probation should be revoked. Next, he asserts that he was denied his right to effective assistance of counsel at the probation revocation hearing.
