Appellant, plaintiff below, obtained a verdict against the respondent railway company in the sum of $15,000 as damages due to the alleged wrongful death of her husband who lost his life in a collision of a truck he was driving and a freight train operated by- the defendant. The collision occurred in the State of Illinois and the laws of that state must be applied. Plaintiff’s petition was in two counts..
