By HOY, J.. This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to quash service of summons, counsel for defendant having *93entered his appearance solely for the purpose of contesting the jurisdiction of the court.

Plaintiffs are Henry R. Roman, a resident of Hamilton County, Ohio, and Government Employees Insurance Company, a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the state of Ohio.
