Appeal from an order of fact-finding and disposition of the Family Court, Kings County (llana Gruebel, J.), dated April 21, 2014. The order, after a fact-finding hearing, insofar as appealed from, found that the father permanently neglected the subject child.

Ordered that the order of fact-finding and disposition is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
