CONCERNING LAND SALE CONTRACT

Statement of Facts

On February 26,1982, Serendipity Farms (Serendipity) and the Debtors entered into a “Real Estate Multi-Party Exchange, Purchase and Sale Agreement” (Agreement) along with a third party, Chris Bauer. The Agreement covered 464 acres of farm land in Hartley County, Texas, together with a residence, tenant house, barn, other buildings, and irrigation equipment located on the property.
