Defendant Terry Van Mead (“Mead”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont (Sessions, J.), sentencing him to 130 months’ imprisonment following his guilty plea to one count of failing to register as a sex offender in violation of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2250(a), and one count of possession of stolen firearms pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(j), 924(a)(2).
