This is an action in the Separate Juvenile Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, to declare two minor children lacking in proper parental care within the meaning of section 43-202 (2) (b) and (c), R. R. S. 1943, and to terminate the parental rights of the defendant, Janet Ann Wedige, under the provisions of section 43-209 (2) and (3), R. R. S. 1943. The Separate Juvenile Court found the minor children to be within the statutory classification and terminated the parental rights of the defendant mother. The mother has appealed.
