This was a bill in chancery filed in the circuit court of Fulton county by the appellant, against the appellee, to enjoin the prosecution of an ejectment suit pending in that court for the recovery of 680 acres of farming'land, located in Mason county. The ejectment suit was originally commenced in Mason county and on change of venue was transferred to Fulton county, where, upon a trial before the court, a jury having been waived, there was a finding and judgment in favor of the defendant.
