DECISION
MARVIN A. HOLLAND, Bankruptcy Judge:
The Trustee is attempting to confirm a plan of reorganization over objection by the Debtor and the impaired class of general unsecured creditors. To confirm under Section 1129(b) of the Code, the proponent of the plan must convince at least one impaired class of creditors to vote in favor of the plan’s acceptance. Of the eight classes established by the plan, two which are classified as impaired, have voted in favor of the plan.
