A petition for rehearing has been filed which has been supplmented quite copiously. Some of the mattery urged may be given such attention as they deserve.

*381Much stress is laid on the fact that the trial court made a finding that the district court of Wabaunsee county determined the issue of fraud no further than that the contract should not be set aside, the finding being that the issue “was not determined in any other respect.
