Plaintiff, Hartford Live Stock Insurance Company, filed an amended declaration consisting of three counts in its action in case against defendant, Railway Express Agency, Inc., for damages of $3,000' for injuries resulting in the death of a cow being transported from Huntington, New York, to St. Louis, Missouri.
