OPINION

LAURA CARTER HIGLEY, Justice.

Appellant, Edwin Arnoldo Campos, was charged by indictment with the first-degree-felony offense of theft of property valued, in the aggregate, at greater than $200,000, to which appellant pleaded not guilty. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 31.03(a), (e)(7) (Vernon Supp. 2009). A jury found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at 6 years’ confinement and a $10,000 fine.

In two points of error, appellant (1) challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence and (2) contends that the trial court erred by admitting certain evidence.

We affirm.
