Defendant Teamsters Local 676 (“Local 676” or “the Union”) has filed a Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s Order denying summary judgment on Plaintiffs claim of aiding and abetting discrimination in violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”).
