This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county which modified after the term at which it had been rendered, a prior judgment of said court granting a divorce and approving a property settlement agreement. The parties appear here in inverse order to their positions in the trial court. Parties for the sake of convenience will be referred to as they appeared there, as plaintiff and defendant.
