—In an action to recover damages for personal *357injuries, etc., the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Barron, J.), dated July 6, 2000, as denied those branches of its motion which were to dismiss those claims asserted by the plaintiffs which were based on common-law negligence, the Administrative Code of the City of New York, and the Multiple Dwelling Law.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the defendant’s motion is granted in its entirety, and the complaint is dismissed.
