This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County following Appellant Bakary Kouma’s conviction by a jury on the charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30), possession of a controlled substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(31), and possession of drug paraphernalia, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(32).
