—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Eerier, J.), dated March 13, 2002, which granted the motion of the defendant Felicia Molzon and the separate motions of the defendants Accurate Colli*309sion, Inc., doing business as Pro-Cise Auto Collision, and Jeffrey Krieger for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them on the ground that she did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).
