Melissa Hufstetler, by next friend Gary Hufstetler, brought suit against International Indemnity Company seeking personal injury protection (PIP) benefits under the Georgia Motor Vehicle Accident Reparations Act, OCGA § 33-34-1 et seq. (“No-Fault Act”), plus various statutory penalties and damages.
