Appellant was indicted for possession of marijuana and tried in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County, Mississippi. He was convicted and sentenced to three years in the State Penitentiary and fined $1,000.

Appellant, together with three other persons, rented a house trailer located on Lot 204 of the Air Base Trailer Park located in District No. 1 of Lowndes County, Mississippi. A search of the premises resulted in finding a small quantity of marijuana in the toilet…
