Bill Sanders, plaintiff below, appeals from adverse rulings on all five counts of his complaint against Liberty National Life Insurance Company, his former employer. The Circuit Court of Coffee County granted Liberty National's motion to dismiss Count I, which alleged breach of an oral contract of employment. The court held that the alleged contract, which was not to be performed within one year, violated the Statute of Frauds of Florida, where the contract was made.
