—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Price, J.), dated November 17, 1995, which denied the plaintiffs’ motion to compel discovery and granted the defendant’s cross motion for a protective order and (2) an order of the same court, dated February 21, 1996, which denied the plaintiffs’ motion to compel the nonparty, the Queens County District Attorney, to produce certain Grand Jury minutes.
