SULLIVAN, Justice.

Defendant Ronald L. Thompson was convicted of Burglary,1 Rapé2 and Criminal Deviate Conduct.3 He was also adjudicated a habitual offender.4 This court has jurisdiction over this direct appeal because the longest single sentence imposed was greater than fifty years.5
