BRADFORD, District Judge.
In this case The Neafie and Levy Ship and Engine Building Company, a corporation of Pennsylvania, filed September 30, 1896, a libel in rem against the steamboat Ella to recover the price of repairs supplied to her by the libelant in Philadelphia from May 31, 1895, to May 30, 1896, inclusive, amounting to 11123.31, together with interest thereon from the last mentioned date.
