Ky. Bar Ass'n v. Bader

Kenneth Joseph Bader was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on October 22, 1980. His bar roster address is 544 Baxter Avenue, Suite 200, Louisville, Kentucky 40204-1154, and his Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) number is 02455.
