MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARK W. VAUGHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
In accordance with the December 1, 1993, Order of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, this Court held an evidentiary hearing on February 18, 1994, on the issue of whether Plaintiffs are entitled to actual damages, including attorneys’ fees, as a result of a violation of the automatic stay (11 U.S.C. § 362). For the reasons set out below, the Court finds that the defendant, Rymes Heating Oils, Inc. (“RHO”), willfully violated the automatic stay and awards actual damages to the Plaintiffs of $248.16 and…
