Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered January 15, 1998 in Albany County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff commenced this negligence action against defendant seeking to recover for the injuries sustained by her fourth-grade daughter, Courtney Young, as a result of a fall on school property shortly after dismissal on the afternoon of February 27, 1995.
