I respectfully dissent.

From a final judgment determining that appellee (plaintiff in the trial court) had established title by adverse possession to a triangular parcel of property in Nassau County, Florida, this appeal was taken.1

Government Lot 1 and Government Lot 2 are adjacent to one another and both are located in Section 32, Township 1 South, Range 23 East, in Nassau County, Florida. Lot 1 is in the northeasterly corner of said Section 32. It is bounded on the west by the easterly boundary of Lot 2.
