SAMUEL, Judge.

This is an action for breach of express warranties contained in a written option to purchase.

For many years prior to 1952 plaintiff’s family were majority stockholders in a Louisiana corporation known as New Orleans Stockyards, Inc., but lost control with the death of plaintiff's father. Shortly thereafter Salta Corporation was incorporated under the laws of this state. Its primary asset consisted of stock in New Orleans Stockyards, Inc.
