Affirming.
The appellant, Thelma Sams, has been convicted of murdering her husband by being an accessory before the fact and sentenced to life imprisonment. The most important and the closest question is the sufficiency of the evidence tending to corroborate the testimony of Thomas Russell who killed him. Sams, his wife and two daughters, about 13 and 15 years old, lived in a comfortable home on a farm near Barlow.
