This is an appeal by the State under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 29-824 (Reissue 1985) from the order of the trial court sustaining the defendant’s motions to suppress.

The defendant is charged with first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. On June 30, 1987, the defendant filed motions to suppress the use of any and all evidence obtained as a result of the searches of 4821 Boyd Street, Apartment 3, and 3216 North 24th Street, on February 26, 1987, by members of the Omaha Police Division.
