GREENAWAY, JR., Circuit Judge.

Herman Friedman (“Friedman”) was convicted of bribery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(2) and sentenced to 34 months of imprisonment. Friedman argues on appeal that (1) the District Court abused its discretion in rejecting Friedman’s proposed jury instruction; (2) the District Court erred in excluding witness testimony; (3) the District Court improperly limited Friedman’s cross-examination of certain witnesses; (4) the District Court erred in denying Friedman’s motion for mistrial based on violations of Giglio v.
