Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Leaman, J.), rendered September 8, 1986, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
On December 12, 1985, an officer with the Hudson City Police Department received a tip from an informant that two individuals were selling drugs on the corner of Second and Columbia Streets.
