Father (Erik Jensen) appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting maternal grandmother’s (Maria Ring) petition for visitation with father’s daughter (child), ORS 109.121, and denying stepmother’s petition to adopt child, ORS 109.309; ORS 109.350. Our review of the facts is de novo. ORS 19.415(3). We reverse in part.
