MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
During the initial pretrial conference, the Court resolved a number of the parties’ objections to proposed witnesses and exhibits, and ordered additional briefing regarding certain discrete issues. Presently before the Court are three motions in limine, two filed by the Defendant and one by the Plaintiff.
